<div itemprop="description">It is with a heavy heart we announce the sudden passing of Chelsea Alexandra Hawthorne on September 7th, 2016 at the age of 32. She will be sadly missed by her paternal Nana, Alexandra “Alice” Hawthorne, her parents Joanne Charron (André) and Dr. Ken Hawthorne (Marsha Wright), brother Travis Hawthorne (Amber O'Brien), step-brother Matthieu Charron (Melanie Glazer), step-sister Natalie Charron (Marilyne Guindon) as well by her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is predeceased by her maternal grandparents Mildred & Orval Crawford and her paternal grandfather Edward Hawthorne. Chelsea grew up in Manotick enjoying sports, dancing, modelling and the company of her friends and her beloved dogs. A good student, she graduated from the Police Foundations then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Ottawa University. Bright and loving, Chelsea enriched the lives of those who knew her with her beautiful smile and winning personality. <br>Friends may pay respects on Friday, September 16 from 6-9 pm at <br>Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery <br>3700 Prince of Wales Drive <br>613-692-1211 <br>A service to celebrate Chelsea’s life will take place in the Chapel on Saturday, September 17 at 11:00 am.
