Mortimer-Proulx, Clare Norah (nee Mortimer) Born January 26, 1954 – Perley, England
Died June 20, 2016 – Ottawa, Ontario
Peacefully, with her beloved children at her side. Mother of Dorian (Michelle), Marisol, and Kyle. Sister of Nick, Jane, Fleur, and Susan. Daughter of the late Robert Crosby Mortimer and the late Norah Mortimer (nee Bell). Pre-deceased by husband Donald Proulx, and sister Mary Hardy.
A Celebration of Clare’s life will be held for friends and family on Tuesday, July 5th between 6:00 – 9:00 pm at Le Belvedere, 40 Des Sentiers, Wakefield, QC. A private interment at Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery will be held at a later date.
In recognition of Clare’s life, flowers would be welcomed and can be sent to Le Belvedere on July 5th, or donations can be made in her memory to the United Way.
Special thanks to the Doctors and Nursing Staff at the Queensway Carleton and Élisabeth Bruyère Hospitals for their dedication, compassion and care.
