<div itemprop="description">WHITE, Claudette (nee Chapman) <br /><br />Died peacefully on January 25, 2015 at the Elisabeth Bruy&eacute;re Hospital, age 75. Her final days were spent as a celebration with her family and loved ones, full of smiles and laughter. Born June 12, 1939 in Ottawa, ON to the late Pauline and Lionel Chapman. She was the treasured sister of Thomas (Heather) and the late Garry (Patricia) Chapman. Claudette is survived by her best friend and loving husband, Jim White; three devoted daughters and their husbands: Nancy Gervasi; Linda and Tony Zagaria; and Elena and Emilio Sanchez; stepchildren Melissa White (Roland Reinardy) and Scott White. She will always be remembered as Mama to her nine grandchildren: Jessica (Claudio Barbuto); Adam Zagaria; Vanessa Sanchez; Michael Zagaria; Zachery Sanchez; Mia Gervasi; Francisco Sanchez; Esme Reinardy and Nova Reinardy; and to her great- grandchild Valentino Barbuto. She will also be remembered as a close aunt to many nieces and nephews. Claudette will be greatly missed by all who knew her, a unique woman in all of our lives. She brought people together with her unwavering strength, infectious laugh and value of family. Among the many precious memories, she will be remembered with laughter, smiles and butterflies.<br /><br />Memorial donations to The Elisabeth Bruy&eacute;re Hospital or the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
