Peacefully at the Perley & Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre, Ottawa on Tuesday February 14th, 2017 at the age of 97. Beloved husband of 74 years to Constance Stinson (nee Payne). Loving father of Sharon, David (Heather), Linda (Charles Eadie), Philip, and Michael proud grandfather of 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Friends are invited to visit at
