Thomas Strath
June 27, 1923 - May 3, 2017
STRATH, Thomas Young
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Young Strath on May 3, 2017. He was a pilot in WW 2 and an electrical engineer who worked for Bell Canada for 40 years but first and foremost he was a devoted husband for 68 years to his beloved Isobel. Falling for her in grade 8 he had eyes for no one else and 3 months to the day from her passing he succumbed to his age of almost 94 years. He will be always loved and missed by his children Bill (Margaret) and Linda (Craig); grandchildren David, Samantha, Tracy and Donny; brother in law Stuart; and niece Heather (Paul). Thanks to the caring nurses at Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton, New Brunswick.
